Project management team comprises the several tasks with the intention of ensuring effective coordination of all work associated with construction. We will assign a project manager, field superintendent, engineer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the construction process. Our project collaborators will communicate regularly in order to maintain autonomy for project decisions while still bringing us in on the loop.

Coordination Process

During the construction of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the mechanical and electrical trades. Coordination allows each trade to plan their activities and coordinate schedules within the scope of the project to ensure completion and meet general and client project requirements and expectations.

Addition Construction Steps

During the construction period, we will work with all project team members to define the logistical requirements for the construction process, such as areas for deliveries, placement of barricades (if required) and hours of operation.

Shop Drawings and Submittals

Once the project is approved by the client, our engineers prepare shop drawings. For small projects, shop drawings can be sent to the consultant for their review. For larger projects, the shop drawing will be reviewed at our drawing review meetings (DRMs)

Cost Reporting

Cost reporting is very important for any running project. It shows the actual expenses which were occurred during the period. The advantages of cost reporting are that it can easily help in controlling our budget, predicting our future expenditures, seeing how much money does our organization have available to spend. That’s why we do cost reporting for each project.

Final Inspections and Occupancy Permit

What is a final inspection? What does it involve and what does the compliance certificate signify? The final building inspection and compliance certificate is a sign of protection for your warranty and peace of mind. It confirms that works have been carried out in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, and has been completed by the contractor, and certified by ADM.

Reporting and Cost Control

During the construction process, we keep up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred and may still occur in the client’s project. With this report, we aim to store all known information in a single document so that we may be able to assist decision making and prevent costly mistakes which may cause delays in the project. This report is extremely helpful when there are unexpected changes in the project cost, completion date and allowances for risks and opportunities

Commissioning and Project Closeout

The commissioning and closeout of projects is an essential stage during the construction process. When properly conducted, the commissioning and closeout process is intended to ensure that the project has been completed as designed or modified by the architect and meets minimum requirements of the building codes in UAE
